Key Account Management D/CH/F (Zürich, Switzerland)

Als Head Key Account Manager sind Sie im Rahmen der Unternehmensstratgie verantwortlich für die Erarbeitung von Zielsetzungen und die Ausarbeitung und Planung der Verkaufsaktivitäten um die Umsetzung der Umsatz- und Wachstumsvorgaben zu erfüllen. Sie entwickeln unter anderem Marketingprogramme und Ueberwachen deren Umsetzung, akquirieren und betreuen neue Key Accounts und sind massgeblich involviert beim Aufbau neuer vertikaler und horizontaler Absatzmärkte.

Als idealer Kandidat verfügen Sie über Erfahrung und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen:

• Account Management
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingprogrammen
• Analyse von Märkten und Kundensegmenten

QA Manager (Zürich, Switzerland / London, UK)

The QA manager works in a client facing capacity managing the day-to-day activities of Good 2 Go delivering the solutions in a dynamic change environment. Responsibilities expected are:

• Ability to define QA consultation scope
• Develop and manage Measurement Program on client site
• Initiate benchmarking existing performance
• Create quality planning
• Able to recommend changes and gain approval at senior level
• Develop and management of training plan
• Test planning
• Management of test and output data with analysis and corrective actions

Test Team Lead (Central Europe)

Test Team Leaders are responsible for all testing and planning aspects relative to the execution of customer mandates. Your teams are formed and composed according to client mandate requirements. Test Team Leaders develop test strategies, test plans, coordinate test execution, defect management and reporting on all testing activities in respect to their client mandates as well as for internal management information. Test Team Leaders control test effort planning and develop and maintain metric systems to monitor quality of testing process, deliverables and coverage.

Ideally you bring in following experience and skills:

• Management and Leadership Capabilities
• A minimum of 5 years Test Management Experience
• Good understanding of Test Strategies and Approaches
• Some Programming and Scripting Experience
• Understanding of SWEP

Test Automation Engineer (Central Europe)

As a Test Automation Engineers you ideally have a Software Development background and can take over responsibility for building test automation system implementations and development of automated test harnesses and scripts. This includes all aspects of modelling test systems, development or enhancements of tools and libraries to facilitate test automation, develop and establish test oracles, develop and establish tools and environments for the test data generation, capture of test results and automation of analysis of such results, performing test harness design and architecture as well as documentation and training on using test automation systems.

As a Test automation Engineer you bring in experience and skills with:

• OO Software Development Background
• Experienced in C++ and Scripting Languages (Java, TSL, VBA), other programming languages advantageous
• a minimum of 3 years of Test Automation experience
• Architecture and Design
• Ideally experienced in Client/Server, Distributed, Realtime and other system architectures
• Experience with multithreaded environments
• Modelling Languages (UML)
• Software unit testing and unit testing automation frameworks
• Good understanding of quality software development process
• Experience in test driven development
• Good spoken and written English

Technical Test Engineers (Central Europe)

Technical Test Engineers are responsible for the development and definition of test documentation and assets for all technical testing aspects. Technical testing includes but is not limited to stress, load and performance testing as well as benchmarking, compatibility, interface testing and cross platform validation. As a Technical Test Engineer you manage, administer and maintain test cases, test scripts and other test assets, ensure traceability of test assets throughout and beyond process boundary and ensure configuration control according to test asset lifecycle.

Ideally you bring in following experience and skills:

• Good understanding of Testing Process
• Experience in managing, developing, maintaining and administrating test documentation and assets
• Good understanding of operating system, networking, DCOM / RPC, interfacing and other technical aspects
• Ideally you have experience in software development and programming
• Base knowledge of programming, programming languages and concepts
• Knowledge of OO concepts
• Tool experience with recognized test management and administration tools
• Experience in formalizing test condition according to scientific methods (state engines, decision matrix… )
• Good understanding of requirements management
• Special business domain knowledge advantageous
• English written and spoken

Functional/Business Test Engineer (Central Europe)

Functional Test Engineers are responsible for the development and definition of test documentation and assets in the context of all functional testing. As a Functional/Business Test Engineer you manage, administer and maintain test cases, test scripts and other test assets, ensure traceability of test assets throughout and beyond process boundary and ensure configuration control according to test asset lifecycle.

• Good communicator/mediator between business and technical staff
• Tool experience with recognized test management and administration tools
