Our advice is that we engage first with a 'Running Test Center' that allows us to familiarise ourselves with your practise and systems; however, it may be that you already have stabilised test cases and artefacts against a system that has gone through at least 1 release cycle; if that is the case then 'Regression' or 'Automate' is appropriate.
